We are an independent voluntary support group consisting of patients, friends, family of patients and healthcare professionals

Who do we offer support to?

Mid Sussex bowel cancer support group offers help and support to patients, their family and friends who have been diagnosed with bowel cancer and who live in the Mid Sussex area.

What support do we offer?

We offer support by providing regular meetings in an environment that is informal and friendly, where people can talk in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.

When is support offered?

We offer support around the time of:-

  • Diagnosis
  • During treatment
  • After treatment has finished

What can I expect from my first visit?

  • A friendly welcome
  • An Informal chat
  • Guest speakers (when arranged)
  • Refreshments

How often do we meet?

We meet on the third Tuesday in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Where do we meet?

We meet at the Haywards Heath Methodist Church, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 3DN. There is free parking behind the church. To find us please enter the door on the right-hand side of the church. Please note that if the door is closed, ring the doorbell for the Upper Room and someone will happily let you in.
